All Fundtech employees are dedicated to delivering the best possible customer service. As a result we deliver fast, efficient and friendly support to all our customers. Our support focuses on a range of elements dependent on customer requirements:

  • Pre-Sales Information Provision
    Providing pre-sales information and onsite visits to ensure that all potential customers have the relevant information to make a decision.
  • Implementation & Training
    We offer support throughout the integration process of Fundtech products into third party systems.
  • After-Sales Technical Support
    Providing detailed technical support to users and administrators of the system. Our UK technical support call centre is open during office hours for telephone and email enquiries.
