Automated SMS Notifications (Available Now)
Direct Debits are a cost effective way for businesses to collect payments from customers, but in some instances the Direct Debits can fail. This can be due to a number of reasons such as insufficient funds being available in the account. One way to help reduce the number of failed Direct Debits is to setup automated notifications to your customers of an impending collection. Customers are then given enough time to ensure that the money is available in their account. Bacsactive-IP users will be able to do this quickly and simply with our new Direct Debit SMS service. It works alongside our Workflow Module and enables businesses to automatically send text messages to customers, notifying them that a Direct Debit for x amount will be leaving their account on a specified date. New iPhone & iPad App (Coming Soon)
Currently in the final stages of development for our Bacsactive-IP Workflow Module is a new App for the iPhone and iPad. This App allows you to authorise submissions on the move. Instead of receiving the unique authorisation PIN via email you can receive it on your iPhone or iPad and then use the App to authorise the submission. This can then trigger the next step of the workflow process to prompt staff in the office to sign and send the submission using their smartcards. It can also be combined with a HSM (Hardware Security Module) which will complete the sign and send steps with no manual intervention.
